ولكل امة رسول Ùاذا جاء رسولهم قضي بينهم بالقسط وهم لا يظلمون

Every community has had a Messenger. They were judged in all equity only after their Messenger came (and delivered the message), and they were never wronged.

Say (O Messenger), “I have no power to avert any harm even from myself, or benefit myself contrary to the laws of God. Every community determines its own rise and fall. When the time comes, they can neither delay, nor hasten the requital.”

قل ارايتم ان اتاكم عذابه بياتا او نهارا ماذا يستعجل منه المجرمون

Say, “Have you thought, when His retribution comes to you suddenly by night, or in the bustling day, what portion of it would the guilty wish to hasten?”

ولو ان لكل Ù†Ùس ظلمت ما ÙÙŠ الارض لاÙتدت به واسروا الندامة لما راوا العذاب وقضي بينهم بالقسط وهم لا يظلمون

Whoever oppresses people, has wronged his own ’self’. Even if they possessed everything on earth, they would readily present it as ransom. But they will be ashamed within themselves, when they see the doom. They will be judged fairly and no wrong shall be done to them.

الا ان لله ما ÙÙŠ السماوات والارض الا ان وعد الله ØÙ‚ ولكن اكثرهم لا يعلمون

To God belongs all that is in the heavens and earth. His promise is unwaveringly True but most of them never learn.
